The hardest part is to show up – especially in the morning. But that first step carries a quiet determination to move your body, and everything else begins to unfold from there. This playful “Wake Me Up” flow is designed to guide you into movement in a way you can return to anytime on your own. Through simple but energizing exercises supporting the lymphatic system, combined with elements of qigong for meridian awakening, we will start a little differently – yet powerfully. Think quick movements, bouncing, shaking – waking up the body… your cup of coffee you won’t even need. The practice remains active and mindful, inviting you to feel, notice, and consciously choose your thoughts. We will gradually build into a gentle sun salutation, creating a light, energizing flow that supports circulation, mobility, and inner clarity. We will close with a short meditation, leaving you refreshed, present, and full of energy. Start your weekend already on Friday – all it takes is to show up.

Cancellation Policy To honor the Oysis community, please cancel your class at least 10 hours in advance so others have the opportunity to join. If only one person is registered for a group class, the studio may cancel it. In that case, you’ll receive a notification by email and full refund or a free class code. A €1 fee will however apply to all client cancellations in order to cover payment processing through our partner, Stripe. ～ Storno podmienky Z úcty ku komunite Oysis prosíme, aby ste svoju rezerváciu zrušili aspoň 10 hodín vopred, aby sa ostatní mohli prihlásiť na uvoľnené miesto. Ak je na skupinovú lekciu prihlásený len jeden účastník, štúdio si vyhradzuje právo lekciu zrušiť. V takom prípade dostanete e-mailové upozornenie a plnú refundáciu alebo kód na lekciu zdarma. Za všetky zrušenia zo strany klienta sa účtuje poplatok vo výške 1 €, ktorý pokrýva náklady na spracovanie platieb prostredníctvom nášho partnera Stripe.
