Service Description
What if your Sunday morning wasn’t about everything you still need to get done, but about taking 90 minutes just for yourself? Sunday Yoga Therapy is a nourishing blend of mindful movement, breathwork and deep relaxation. A space to switch off your busy mind, awaken your body, release built-up tension and give yourself what you may have been missing throughout the week. We’ll begin with pranayama (breathwork) and a gentle warm-up before moving into a more dynamic, active practice. Expect 60 minutes of movement to build heat, get your body moving and enjoy a satisfying sweat. Then, we’ll gradually slow things down, release tension and transition into deep relaxation. And the best part? A truly blissful Savasana. Time to do absolutely nothing. No achieving, no rushing, no expectations. Just lying down, breathing and allowing your body and mind to rest. With a guided meditation or gentle hands-on assists, you’ll be invited to soften, let go and sink into a deeper state of relaxation. Leave feeling lighter in your body, calmer in your mind and recharged for the week ahead. More than just another yoga class. Your very own Sunday therapy. Come as you are. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To honor the Oysis community, please cancel your class at least 10 hours in advance so others have the opportunity to join. If only one person is registered for a group class, the studio may cancel it. In that case, you’ll receive a notification by email and full refund or a free class code. A €1 fee will however apply to all client cancellations in order to cover payment processing through our partner, Stripe. ～ Storno podmienky Z úcty ku komunite Oysis prosíme, aby ste svoju rezerváciu zrušili aspoň 10 hodín vopred, aby sa ostatní mohli prihlásiť na uvoľnené miesto. Ak je na skupinovú lekciu prihlásený len jeden účastník, štúdio si vyhradzuje právo lekciu zrušiť. V takom prípade dostanete e-mailové upozornenie a plnú refundáciu alebo kód na lekciu zdarma. Za všetky zrušenia zo strany klienta sa účtuje poplatok vo výške 1 €, ktorý pokrýva náklady na spracovanie platieb prostredníctvom nášho partnera Stripe.
