Gentle autumn flow – a time to slow down, ground and return to yourself

Autumn naturally invites us to slow down. After an active summer, this season offers a time to pause, take a deep breath, and turn our attention inward.


We invite you to a gentle yoga practice where we meet on the mat to reconnect with our bodies. The class also includes aromatherapy with doTERRA essential oils, enhancing and deepening the sense of relaxation.


Our flow sequence will be smooth and enjoyable, yet focused on mobility, strength, and spinal stability, as well as on the core, hips, legs, and arms. Gradually, we will move toward balance poses that help us find equilibrium—not only in the body but also in the mind.

The final relaxation (with a variation using blocks) will deepen the release throughout the entire body, allowing it to fully absorb the benefits of each asana while calming the nervous system.


Throughout the class, we place strong emphasis on proper alignment and execution of each posture. I explain which muscles we engage and strengthen, which joints we mobilize, and what health benefits each position brings. Various options are offered so that everyone can find the variation that feels best for them.
