Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To honor the Oysis community, please cancel your class at least 10 hours in advance so others have the opportunity to join. If only one person is registered for a group class, the studio may cancel it. In that case, you’ll receive a notification by email and full refund or a free class code. A €1 fee will however apply to all client cancellations in order to cover payment processing through our partner, Stripe. ～ Storno podmienky Z úcty ku komunite Oysis prosíme, aby ste svoju rezerváciu zrušili aspoň 10 hodín vopred, aby sa ostatní mohli prihlásiť na uvoľnené miesto. Ak je na skupinovú lekciu prihlásený len jeden účastník, štúdio si vyhradzuje právo lekciu zrušiť. V takom prípade dostanete e-mailové upozornenie a plnú refundáciu alebo kód na lekciu zdarma. Za všetky zrušenia zo strany klienta sa účtuje poplatok vo výške 1 €, ktorý pokrýva náklady na spracovanie platieb prostredníctvom nášho partnera Stripe.
