Service Description

YOGA & MEDITATION & SNACKS Give yourself a Sunday moment to simply be. 🤍 We’ll begin with 60 minutes of gentle yoga to release tension, soften the body and create space to breathe. From Savasana, we’ll smoothly transition into a 30-minute guided meditation. A space to slow down, visualise, release old beliefs and open yourself to what is coming. The meditation will be accompanied by gentle music in theta frequencies. We’ll finish with 15 minutes of silence, integration and optional sharing. After the practice, we’ll stay for a little while longer to enjoy some light Sunday snacks, tea and fresh fruit together — a simple and nourishing way to close the morning. ✨ You don’t need to know anything or achieve anything. Just come, close your eyes and allow yourself to be guided. ✨

Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation Policy (EN) Events such as cacao ceremonies, breathwork sessions, weekend brunches, theta meditations, face yoga workshops, Christmas meditations and other special gatherings are hosted in an intimate setting with limited capacity. To honor the space and the preparation required, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable. - A €4 processing fee applies to all client-initiated cancellations to cover transaction costs. - Your ticket is fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to pass your spot to another person. - If the studio must cancel the event for any reason, you will receive an email notification and a full refund. ⸻ Storno podmienky podujatí (SK) Podujatia ako kakaová ceremónia, breathwork, víkendový brunch, theta meditácia, tvárová joga, vianočná meditácia a ďalšie špeciálne udalosti prebiehajú v komornej atmosfére s obmedzenou kapacitou. Aby sme vedeli priestor a prípravu dôstojne zabezpečiť, zrušte svoju rezerváciu najmenej 24 hodín vopred. - Zrušenia menej ako 24 hodín pred eventom sú nevratné. - Na všetky zrušenia zo strany klienta sa účtuje poplatok 4€ na pokrytie transakčných nákladov. - Vstupenka je plne prenosná – ak sa nemôžete zúčastniť, môžete svoje miesto prenechať inej osobe. - Ak štúdio z akéhokoľvek dôvodu event zruší, dostanete emailové upozornenie a plnú refundáciu.
